Jennifer Hawkins, Estates Director

Jennifer Hawkins is a real estate scion who grew up observing both commercial and residential sales and development deals being done across Arizona, Colorado, and Utah—where the Hawkins name stands for trust, quality, honesty, and loyalty. When the time came for Jen to create her own real estate legacy, she knew that she wanted to bring the Hawkins brand to Southern California’s luxury real estate market. Jen joined The Shelton Wilder Group after honing her sales acumen for 15 years as an award-winning, top performing sales consultant. Her pivot to real estate has been instinctive and she credits her success to having fantastic relationships with her clients. Her ambition is to make any transaction as seamless and satisfying as possible. Jen is an integral member of The Shelton Wilder Group and her upbeat positivity can be viewed on Shelton’s YouTube show, Wilder Wednesdays.


Hollis Antler, Team Assistant

Hollis Antler is the assistant (unlicensed) for The Shelton Wilder Group.  Hollis excels as a task master — whether it’s making sure the client’s receive their special customized gift or ensuring daily team goals are accomplished. As the team assistant for The Shelton Wilder Group, Hollis promotes new listings and sales on Instagram, and manages Shelton’s robust YouTube channel, home to Wilder Wednesdays. In addition to keeping her finger on the pulse of social media best practices, she assists with the Group’s website and blog. Hollis helps the team’s luxury real estate business thrive, and Shelton counts her as a key team player for The Shelton Wilder Group.

Liz Benichou, Malibu Agent

Born in Paris and raised between Paris and Los Angeles, Liz has worked in both places. She is fluent in both English and French. 

She did most of her schooling in Los Angeles, where she attended Le Lycée Français de Los Angeles, as well as Beverly Hills High School. She is an expert when it comes to the west side, having lived in almost every part of West L.A from Beverly Hills, Bel Air, to her current residence in Malibu. 

She is passionate about Malibu and immediately integrated herself into the community. She is an active member of the Malibu Surfing Association and has surfed almost every wave in Malibu. She loves working with people, plus has a lifelong passion for real estate. She has also worked as a part-time expeditor, so she understands Malibu’s permit process. She takes pride in being part of one of life’s most important investments and strives to make the process as stress-free and seamless as possible. 

Liz’s reputation for her integrity, creativity, and fairness is her greatest asset - one that not only makes her clients happy but drives her success in business. Doing the best job possible and delivering the finest service rewards her deeply, because, at the end of a transaction, she knows she has done right by her buyers and sellers.

Leah Smith’s name is synonymous with entrepreneurial drive and unparalleled customer service.  She has an infectious can-do attitude coupled with an uncanny ability to fuel clients, and colleagues with enthusiasm and confidence.  Drawn to a career in real estate after personally owning and investing in local real estate properties, Leah brings a true passion and unique personalized experience to the table.  Leah prides herself on a client-centric philosophy while acting as both advocate and adviser in all transactions.

Leah specializes in the Los Angeles market.  As a resident of west Los Angeles Leah is well versed in LA’s varied markets including commercial (her husband works as a leading multi-family commercial broker).  With personal experience in investment development, Leah has a keen understanding of lot value, construction opportunity, and transformative possibilities.

Leah is co-founder of westLAmoms, a website and app for LA’s westside families and has contributed articles for publications such as LA Travel Magazine, Focus Magazine, and Red Tricycle. Prior to a career in real estate Leah worked in several of LA’s top independent schools in their fundraising departments and has extensive knowledge of the school system and districts.  She also worked internationally in both Spain and Costa Rica overseeing education operations. 

Leah is committed to supporting a number of local charitable institutions including P.O.R., Chrysalis and The Lange Foundation. She serves on the Associate Board for City Year L.A.. Leah enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, traveling and playing tennis.
